At EazyBazar, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. However, we understand that sometimes items may need to be returned.
1. Return Eligibility
- Time Frame: You have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
- Condition: The item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it. It must be in the original packaging with all tags intact.
- Non-Returnable Items: Personal care items, Jewelry (Earrings, Nose rings), and Innerwear cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons.
2. Mandatory Requirement: Unboxing Video
Important: If you receive a damaged product or an empty package, a 360-degree unboxing video (uncut and without pause) is mandatory to claim a refund or replacement. Without the video, we cannot process claims for damaged or missing items.
3. How to Initiate a Return
- Email us at support@eazybazar.in with your Order ID and the reason for the return.
- Attach the unboxing video or photos of the product (if applicable).
- Our team will review your request within 24-48 hours.
4. Refunds
- Prepaid Orders: Refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
- COD Orders: For Cash on Delivery orders, we will transfer the amount to your provided Bank Account or UPI ID.
5. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at support@eazybazar.in.
